We want to hear from you if you are facing residential eviction from your private landlord in the Nottingham area.
We are a not for profit based project, called; Pro Bono Projects which offers a ‘no-win no-fee’ eviction defence help service, by local UK lawyers.
You can book a ‘free assessment eviction defence call’ with us, so that we can assess whether or not we can help you defend against an eviction, keeping you in your home and preventing homelessness within the local area.

If you are a residential tenant facing eviction by your private landlord in Nottingham then we want to hear from you!
We offer a no-win no-fee service in helping you defend possession proceedings.

How does it work…
1) You book a free assessment eviction defence call with us so that we can discuss with you, your eviction. (Please make sure you have all the paperwork at hand)
2) If we can think we can help you to successfully defend a possession claim we will send to you our terms and conditions for you to sign.
3) You will need to provide us with all the documents and we will work with you in defending the possession claim.
4) If you are successful in defending the possession claim, then your landlord could be ordered to pay some costs by the court, but not always - It is these costs awarded that are to be paid to us for our service which then goes back into serving.
What will I need?
You will need to be able to use email and telephone.
You will need to attend the court hearing(s) with us.
